The role

We are looking for a CNC Setter Operator with predominately turning experience to join our site in Cramlington. You will be required to set and operate CNC Machines to produce a range of components from a variety of raw materials including brass, stainless steel and aluminium, ensuring all components conform to the engineering drawings.

We are looking for a Site Facilities Engineer to join our team in Cramlington who will be responsible for the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of all site facilities, utilities, and infrastructure. This includes planned and reactive maintenance of buildings, services, and plant to ensure business continuity, safety, and regulatory compliance.

We are looking for a Injection Moulding Setter Technician to join our team in Cramlington to ensure that tool and machine setting, production efficiencies and quality are carried out to a high standard in line with the production plan, health and safety obligations and all Manufacturing objectives.

As Project Coordinator you will review, manage, and submit all required documentation relating to project orders placed as a result of a quotation or framework agreement. The role ensures all special customer and project requirements are clearly identified and subsequently provided.   You will also be responsible for recording and reporting on the progress of project orders against agreed milestones.

As Customer Services Administrator you will provide frontline support to our UK and overseas customer base, processing and progressing customer orders and handling and investigating customer complaints using the business system (IFS).

The role

As Import-Export Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing frontline support to the CMP customer base and regional offices.   The aim of the role is to maximise customer satisfaction by ensuring customer orders are despatched in a timely, efficient, and compliant manner, supported by an efficient, proactive, and customer focused approach.   Key result areas include minimising overall shipping costs, ensuring effective communication between packing/despatch, overseas offices, and end customers, and providing key analysis and insight to support the ongoing development of the shipping department.
