You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing the full sales lifecycle, and building strong, lasting relationships with clients across sectors including oil & gas, subsea, renewables and industrial markets.   As a key member of the team, you will play an important role in strengthening our reputation for quality, safety and reliability while contributing to continued business success.

The role

As Multimedia Designer you will be pivotal in driving product awareness and customer conversion through compelling multimedia presentations and marketing initiatives. You will possess strong skills in motion graphics, visual storytelling, and technical communication to effectively present our product range to a diverse audience.

The role

As Marketing Communications Executive, you will play a key role in delivering CMP’s marketing output across campaigns, digital channels and communications. You’ll be responsible for executing marketing activity, creating engaging content, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.   Supporting the delivery of campaigns, you’ll manage day-to-day activity and help bring the CMP brand and messaging to life both internally and externally

As Design Engineer you will design and develop new and bespoke products from concept to market launch. You will play a key role in delivering innovative, compliant and manufacturable engineering solutions. You will support delivery of key project milestones through CMP’s stage-gate process, providing technical input, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

The role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Controls & Commissioning Engineer to join our engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent engineering graduate to begin their career in industrial automation, control systems and commissioning within a supportive and forward thinking environment. You will work alongside experienced engineers on the design, development, testing and commissioning of control systems for a wide range of engineered products and projects. The role offers structured development, hands on experience and exposure to real world industrial applications from day one.   This position is ideal for a graduate who is passionate about automation, problem solving and seeing projects through from concept to commissioning.

The role

As a Design Technician, you will support the design team in the day-to-day running of the office, including design work on current products, providing technical support to external sales staff and taking ownership of the company New Engineering Request (NER) process. After training, you will be responsible for dealing with new internal product requests, product bill of material (BOM) changes, system development projects and assisting in answering technical queries, including creating customer drawings.
